A rare and compelling find indeed, the Vintage Custom '55 Hardtail Strat has all the tremolo-less charm needed to inspire any player, collector or aficionado. Start with a two-piece ash body finished in NOS flashcoat lacquer and add a one-piece rift-sawn maple neck with a 1954 "U" profile, vintage compound-fingerboard radius fingerboard (7.25" - 9.5") and medium vintage 47095 frets.

Hand-wound 1955 Strat pickups with 1954 covers are wired to a vintage '55 control assembly and five-way switch. Other features include Closet Classic hardware, single-ply eggshell pickguard, vintage-style hardtail bridge with patent pending saddles, vintage-style tuning machines, bone nut and a disc string tree. Available in Wide-Fade Two-Color Sunburst and Aged White Blonde finishes. Includes deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity
